A little about me...
Welcome to A New Perspective Counseling Center!
Pull up a chair and let's talk.
First, let me share a little about my background and experience so you can see if we will be a good fit.
My name is Arline Lemeshewsky, LCSW.
I am a licensed clinical social worker with over thirty years of experience helping people rediscover themselves and their passion for life.
I delight in helping children, teens and adults with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADD or ADHD).
I have a passion for helping people of all ages recover from trauma, be it a single incident trauma such as a car accident, natural disaster or assault, or chronic trauma such as childhood sexual or emotional abuse or family violence.
I find joy in guiding people through times of depression, worry and fear.
I do more than simply listen with an open heart.
I educate. I teach.
I help you envision your life the way you would like it to be. Then I show you the tools to create it.
We define your destination and draw the road map together.
I'll navigate. You drive.
